Schematic Design is the first phase of the design of a project in which we provide the client with a general view of the scale of their project and the components that will go into it. This phase includes things such as general floor plans and outlines that give the customer a basic idea of how the development will take form. At EGAD, we pay close attention to this phase of the design process to make sure that costly oversights and changes are kept to an absolute minimum as the project progresses.
