Feasibility studies evaluate the potential benefit, short and long-term, of a site that a developer wants to build on. Before EGAD ever puts a pen to paper, we assist our customers in evaluating the possibility of turning that site into a valuable asset. First, we do a physical evaluation of the land to determine whether it would be cost-effective for the developer to buld on it. If the land shows potential, we then do a thorough evaluation of the surrounding area. Using cencus data and satellite imagery, our team researches numerous aspects of the potential site. Some of those aspects include, but are not limited to population, demographics, nearby competition, population trends, and projected growth of the surrounding area. Using all of this information, EGAD can assist the developer in making the most efficient and cost-effective decision that will produce realized value in the long run.
