EGAD Architectural and Engineering Group announced the promotion of Shannon Mallory to Senior Project Manager.
“Shannon has been an invaluable part of our team since he started
working with us a little over two years ago,” remarked Bert Brown,
Business Development Manager for EGAD. “He has already contributed so
much; I’m excited to see what he can bring with this position.”
Mallory received his education from Southern Polytechnic State
University where he earned his Bachelor of Architecture Degree in 1998.
During his time at SPSU, he received two merit awards for his
accomplishments. He was awarded the AIA Merit Award for Excellence in
Architecture as well as the SPSU Design Charette from the AIA Georgia
Convention in 1996. With over ten years of experience in the
Architectural Design industry, Mallory offers many areas of expertise
for the EGAD team. Prior to joining EGAD, Mallory served as project
manager for CDH Partners, Inc. where he managed a wide range of
building types, including medical, commercial, industrial, public
projects, and most recently, an 80,000 square foot addition to Union
General Hospital in Blairsville, Georgia. When asked about Mallory’s
contribution to EGAD, Brown said, “Drawing from the talents he
developed from being involved in such meticulous projects, (i.e.
hospital) Shannon is able to bring simplicity and efficient solutions
to our self-storage clients’ level.
