The EGAD Architectural and Engineering group would like to announce the addition of Curtis Brown to assist in business development.

A native of Marietta, Georgia, Curtis received his bachelor’s degree from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. After graduating from Samford, he began his career spending five years in the investment banking industry. He then turned his attention to real estate and development, eventually specializing and becoming a ten-year veteran in the self-storage industry. During those ten years, Brown gained an understanding in finance, design, construction, and operations within the self-storage industry. In 2007, Brown sold out to REIT (It doesn’t mention what he sold, don’t know if you want that included or not, also may want to add an “a” before the REIT and how awesome his wife is.  HAHAHA I’m kidding) and now begins to focus his attention on Business Development for EGAD Group.

Since becoming a member of the EGAD team, Brown has helped increase market share in the self-storage industry by building strong client relationships through sound business development strategies for EGAD’s customers. Brown’s well-rounded background in finance, construction, operations, and life cycle analysis will make him invaluable to EGAD’s clients and a welcome addition to the team.

Located in Acworth, Georgia, EGAD Group is a team of architectural and engineering specialists that work together to manage the entire design process.
